Dining Reservations and Cancellations

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via phone, email, or the website. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and events.

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time unless you notify us of a delay.
For groups of 8 or more, a deposit may be required.
We may require credit card details to secure certain bookings.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please cancel or modify reservations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $20 per person.
No-shows may be charged the full deposit or a fee.
Fees are at our discretion and may be waived in extenuating circumstances.

Offline Poker Card Lounge Rules

General Lounge Rules

The Card Lounge is for social, face-to-face card play in a friendly environment. No real-money gambling is permitted.

All games are for entertainment and social purposes only.
No betting with real money, chips of monetary value, or any form of gambling is allowed.
Players must be 18 years or older to enter the Card Lounge.
Respectful behavior is required at all times; disruptive players may be asked to leave.

Poker Table Reservations

Poker tables can be reserved for sessions. Session durations and availability are subject to change.

Reservations can be made via phone or email.
A minimum spend on food and beverages may apply for reserved tables.
Cancellation policies for poker tables follow the same guidelines as dining reservations.

Private Dining and Group Bookings

Group Booking Policy

For groups of 8 or more, we offer private dining and event packages. A deposit is required to secure the booking.

Deposit amount is 20% of the estimated total or a flat fee, communicated at booking.
Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

Acceptable Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and make bookings.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Liability and Disclaimers
